These terms govern your use of TMS Athletics, operated from California. Creating an account or using the site means you agree to them.
What TMS Athletics is
TMS Athletics is a hosted platform for recording, organizing, and sharing athletic testing results and readiness check-ins for a sports program. It's built for coaches and program staff, not as a medical or diagnostic device.
Accounts
You need an account to create an organization or team. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for keeping your login credentials to yourself, and for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised.
Your data
Your organization owns the roster, testing, and readiness data you enter. We store and process it to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you close your account, you can request an export or deletion of your data first.
Readiness data is not medical advice
The readiness check-in, non-responder view, and coach attention list point staff toward patterns worth a look. They are not a diagnosis, a medical device, or a substitute for your athletic trainer's judgment. Treat every flag as a prompt to check in with the athlete and your medical staff, not as a decision made for you.
Benchmarks and norms
Where TMS Athletics shows a published benchmark or norm, we cite the source it came from. A benchmark describes what's been reported elsewhere. It isn't a guarantee about any individual athlete's outcome.
Acceptable use
Don't use TMS Athletics to store data you don't have the right to store, to scrape or resell another program's data, to get around tenancy or access controls, or to abuse a public link, such as a check-in, gym-TV, athlete share, or recruiting board link, once it's been shared with you.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running and your data intact, but we don't promise the site will be free of downtime or bugs. Keep your own backup of anything you can't afford to lose.
Fees
TMS Athletics is currently self-serve to sign up. If we introduce paid plans, we'll show you the price and terms for that plan before you're charged.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that violates these terms or the acceptable use section above. Either way, you can request your data before it's deleted.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
TMS Athletics is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, TMS Athletics isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continuing to use TMS Athletics after an update means you accept the revised terms.
